Shipping costs

For orders under $500, standard shipping within Australia costs $9.95.

For orders over $500, standard shipping within Australia is free of charge.

For all applicable orders, express shipping within Australia costs $19.95.

Accessories

We offer expedited processing and express shipping across Australia for our in-stock accessories. However, some accessory items may experience extended shipping times of an estimated 14-28 days due to pandemic-related delays. We have clearly marked these items to ensure that customers are aware of shipping delays.

Please rest assured that we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure that we get your orders to you as quickly as possible. We apologise for any delays and appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times.

Invitations, stationery & wax seals

Please note that all custom stationery products (such as invitation suites, on-the-day signage, etc.) and accessories such as wax seals are subject to extended processing time since they are custom-designed and made to order.

However, we can expedite processing in most cases and organise express shipping options to shorten lead times. If you require a faster turnaround, please contact our team urgently to discuss how we can accommodate your deadlines.

Please note, we won’t deliver to PO Boxes and we’ve had to sign a blanket ATL (authority to leave) so you’re not charged re-delivery fees if you’re not home. But they’re very careful not to leave your precious parcel in a dodgy spot, which is awesome, but it’s best to have your deliveries go to a work address where there’s someone there to sign and accept your delivery.

Estimated processing times

We aim to process orders to our suppliers from our website within 2 business days in addition to the below lead-times. Custom orders will be exempt from this and will be provided when working with you.

Digital printing

REGULAR: 3 FULL Business Days + Shipping
PRIORITY: 1 FULL Business Day + Shipping (must be received by 8am WST to be shipped same day)
PLUS add an EXTRA day for each of these additional processes: die cutting, edge foiling and custom drilling.
DUPLEXING (gluing sheets together) requires time to gently dry so we require an additional TWO business days.

1x colour letterpress or 1x colour foil (includes digital + 1x colour letterpress or foil)

REGULAR: 10 FULL Business Days + Shipping
PRIORITY: 6 FULL Business Days + Shipping
PLUS add an EXTRA day for each additional process (die cut, duplex, foil, second colour foil, edge foil, letterpress or second letterpress colour)

We do offer priority processing if needed, please contact us directly via the contact form and we can look at adding this onto your order.

For example, single colour letterpress will mean 10 working days + shipping (or 6 working days + shipping for priority processing).

Alternatively, single colour letterpress + gold foil + duplex + edge foiling will mean 13 working days + shipping (or 9 working days + shipping for priority processing).
