Bespoke stationery is designed from scratch, unique to your wedding. No existing template is used. You don’t need to have everything figured out — a few words describing the feel of the wedding, or a reference image, is enough to start the conversation.
Consultation. We discuss aesthetic vision, venue, colour palette, and paper and print preferences in detail. This is where the brief for the suite takes shape — it’s a conversation, not a form.
Design brief. The brief is formalised: moodboard or reference images, typography direction, colour palette, and print method confirmed. This document guides everything that follows and ensures the design reflects your vision precisely before any artwork is created.
Initial concepts. First design concepts are presented for review — typically two to three initial directions, giving you a clear view of how the suite could develop.
Revisions. Feedback rounds refine the design to exactly right. The number of revision rounds is determined by what the work needs, not by an arbitrary limit — the goal is a suite you’re genuinely proud of.
Proofing. Final proof approved by you before anything goes to print. Every word, every detail, every spacing decision is reviewed together.

What Information You’ll Need Before You Inquire
You don’t need to have every detail decided before reaching out — the consultation is designed to help you work through the specifics. Having the following ready will make the first conversation more productive:
- Wedding date and approximate guest count
- A sense of aesthetic — even a few descriptive words (“minimal and modern”, “romantic and botanical”) or a Pinterest board helps enormously

White ink printing is used for designs printed on dark or deeply coloured stocks, or for reverse-out effects where the design appears in white on a coloured base. It’s a striking technique for moody, dramatic, or maximalist aesthetics.
Letterpress produces a tactile blind deboss or ink-in impression on thick cotton stocks — a physical depth in the paper that cannot be replicated digitally. It’s the most prestigious print technique for wedding stationery and requires a minimum 300gsm cotton rag stock to achieve proper impression depth.
Foil stamping applies metallic or coloured foil to specific design elements — gold, rose gold, silver, or custom colours.
